Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by the 55jogar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not use the platform's services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and the 55jogar. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the published updates. The 55jogar will notify players of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at 55jogar, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil;
• Hold a valid and active CPF registered with Brazil's Receita Federal;
• Not appearing on any gambling or betting self-exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 55jogar;
• Not having had any previous account closed due to a Terms violation on the platform.

Each CPF may be linked to only one active account at 55jogar. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or using third-party information is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, as well as the forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

A 55jogar accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Pix — instant deposits, withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo (subject to issuer approval);
• PicPay — processed within up to 1 business hour;
• Mercado Pago — processed within up to 1 business hour;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 via Pix and may vary depending on the chosen method. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys held in the name of the registered player — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

A 55jogar does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix. For other methods, any applicable bank charges are the player's responsibility. Withdrawals subject to a pending identity verification will only be processed after the KYC process is completed.

Betting Rules

Bets placed on the 55jogar are subject to the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the player, except where the Cash Out feature is available and used before the event is settled;
• Bets are settled based on official results published by the organizing bodies of each event (confederations, leagues, tournament organizers);
• In the event of a tie in markets where a draw is not a listed option, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the account balance;
• Events canceled before they start will have all bets automatically voided and the amounts returned to your balance;
• Events that begin and are subsequently permanently interrupted will have bets settled based on the results at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each sport;
• A 55jogar reserves the right to suspend markets, correct odds errors, and void bets in cases of evident technical error or confirmed event manipulation;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (except explicitly enabled live bets) may be voided.

Minimum valid odds for meeting rollover requirements on bonuses: 1.50 per selection. Accumulator bets must have minimum odds of 1.30 per individual selection to count toward bonus rollover.

Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

A 55jogar offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and boosted odds. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page, which take precedence over the general rules in this clause in the event of any conflict.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Each bonus can only be redeemed once per player, unless explicitly stated as recurring;
• Bonuses have an expiry date — unused bonus balance that is not wagered within the validity period is automatically cancelled;
• The rollover requirement (betting volume) must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus balance;
• Voided bets, bets where full Cash Out has been used, and bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus rollover;
• Bonus abuse — including systematic hedging, creating multiple accounts, or using bonuses in a way contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

The VIP Program at 55jogar is by invitation or automatic access based on monthly betting volume. VIP benefits include enhanced cashback, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive free bets, and a dedicated personal account manager. The 55jogar reserves the right to adjust VIP levels and benefits with 7 days' prior notice.

Player Conduct & Prohibited Uses

By using the services of the 55jogar, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Providing false information during registration or any identity verification process;
• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Deliberately and systematically exploiting technical errors or odds inconsistencies;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have inside knowledge of, or in which you have a conflict of interest;
• Placing combined bets on the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (systematic bonus arbitrage);
• Using any means to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and withholding of pending withdrawals for investigation. In cases of suspected money laundering, the 55jogar will report the case to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.

Responsible Gambling

A 55jogar believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial or emotional pressure. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, set by the player themselves;
• Loss limit — a loss limit per period, after which new deposits are temporarily blocked;
• Session time limit — automatic alert and session termination after the set time;
• Temporary self-exclusion — voluntary account suspension for a period of 1 week to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure upon request, with a 24-hour processing window.

A 55jogar strictly prohibits access by users under 18 years of age. If an underage player is suspected, the account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification. Any balance held in an underage account will be returned after identity verification by the legal guardian.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may request account closure at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Any available real-money balance will be paid out within 10 business days of the request, provided there are no pending investigations.

A 55jogar reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Submitting false documentation during the KYC process;
• Creation of multiple accounts using the same CPF;
• Systematic bonus or promotion abuse;
• Request by the player through self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months with no remaining balance.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, balances derived from bonuses or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Any real-money balance (from deposits and legitimate winning bets) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

A 55jogar is not liable for losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the player based on information received from third parties;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control, such as internet provider outages, banking instabilities, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to the player's account caused by the account holder's own negligence with their credentials;
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions — betting is a risk activity and losses are part of the game.

The maximum liability of 55jogar in any dispute is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the incident. The platform is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and with transparency.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. In the event of a dispute between the player and the 55jogar, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's official support channel.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 calendar days following formal notification, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to settle any matters arising from this agreement, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

Continued use of 55jogar after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.
